Nothing makes me feel more like an artist than when I connect with other people over music. I have long been craving a more intimate connection with my music community, on a more day to day basis (it can be a long time between tours when you’re a musician, cardiologist and mother).
On Patreon, I share the behind-the-scenes of song writing and video and record making, unreleased song demos, exclusive cover song videos, sneak peeks at unreleased music and videos, live 'hang-outs' and shows, and an overall larger window into my life as a musician/mom/cardiologist.
In addition, the financial support enables me to keep doing all of the things independent musicians do - recording music, designing beautiful album art with professional designers, making music videos. You would have to play one of my songs on Spotify 7500 times for $5 to end up in my pocket!!!
